Refund Policy For Norsu Stays

SECTION 1 - CANCELLATION PERIOD AND REFUND:

1.1 Guests may cancel their booking by the same mode of booking or by contacting guest support services – norsustaysfdc@gmail.com
1.2 Cancellations must be made at least five days prior to the scheduled check-in time to be eligible for a full refund.
1.3 Cancellations made within five days of the scheduled check-in time will be refunded 50%.
1.4 If the Cancellation is done within 24 hours prior to check -in there will not be any refund.
1.5 Eligible refunds require 7-10 working days to process, and the refund amount will be credited to the same account and mode of payment received.

SECTION 2 - NO-SHOW POLICY :

2.1 If a guest fails to check-in ("no-show") on the scheduled arrival date without providing prior notification of cancellation or modification, the booking will be considered a no-show.
2.2 No-show bookings are not eligible for a refund.
SECTION 3 - MODIFICATION POLICY :

3.1 Guests may request modifications to their booking, such as changes to the arrival or departure dates, room type, or other details, subject to availability and the modification policy associated with the booking.
3.2 Any modification requests should be made by contacting Norsu Stays.
3.3 Modifications may be subject to additional charges or fees, and the guest will be informed of any applicable charges during the modification process.

SECTION 4 -FORCE MAJEURE :

4.1 In the event of circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other force majeure events, we reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings without prior notice.
4.2 In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with affected guests and provide suitable alternatives or refunds as appropriate
